Listings reference publicly available Telegram channels and creators. We do not own or control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Inclusion of a listing does not imply endorsement.

The Telescope name, logo, design and software are owned by Baccarat Ventures Limited. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our prior written permission.

Telescope is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baccarat Ventures Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Telescope after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
